More than a chalkboard replacement
Plenty of apps can subtract from 501. The Ankorage scores your darts and remembers them — every leg feeds a league leaderboard, so Tuesday night's games build into rankings, streaks and rivalries instead of vanishing when the chalk gets wiped.
It runs in the browser on any phone or tablet, so the scorer's phone is the scoreboard, and the garage TV shows the live board.
Proper 501 and 301 scoring
Full match scoring the way darts is meant to be played, with the details handled automatically:
- 501 and 301 game modes with double-out — or set your own target, 601, 1001, whatever your cave plays
- Bust detection — an impossible finish resets the visit, no arguments
- Game shot detection when the winning double lands
- Singles or doubles: two pairs sharing a score, partners alternating visits
- Tournaments — best of 3, 5 or 10, or a doubles series with random pairs each leg
Cricket and Around the World, scored properly
X01 is only half the oche. The same scorer runs the two games that cause the most chalk-dust arguments:
- Cricket — a live board of marks for 20 down to 15 and the bull, points counted only while a target is still open, and the leg called the moment someone closes out in front
- Cut-throat cricket — points land on everyone still open, lowest score wins, so nobody runs away with it
- Around the World — 1 through 20 in order, with singles-only, doubles-only or trebles-only rules
- Finish on 20, on the outer 25, or all the way to the bullseye — and turn on multiples so a treble carries you three targets
The stats dart players actually care about
Every player builds a record over time: wins, losses and win rate, plus the numbers you'd brag about at the oche — highest visit, high checkout, and best leg (fewest darts).
The cave leaderboard crowns your resident Bullseye Boss, and head-to-head stats show exactly who has whose number.
Built for league nights with mates
The Ankorage is a private league platform: create your cave, invite the crew with a link or QR code, and every game — darts and pool alike — counts toward one board. Guests join free; one plan covers the whole cave.

Common questions
Does it score 501 with double-out properly?
Yes — full 501 and 301 scoring with double-out, automatic bust detection and game-shot recognition. You just enter each visit. You can also set a custom starting score, so a cave that plays 601 or 1001 is covered.
Can I play Cricket or Around the World?
Both. Cricket keeps the full board of marks for 20 down to 15 and the bull — standard or cut-throat — and calls the leg when someone closes out in front. Around the World runs 1 to 20 with your choice of hit rule (anything, doubles only or trebles only) and finish (20, the outer 25 or the bullseye).
Can we play doubles or run a tournament?
Yes. Any of the three games can be thrown as doubles — two pairs sharing a score, partners taking turns at the oche — and Create Tournament runs a best-of-3, 5 or 10 series, a doubles series with fixed or random pairs, or a free-for-all with the whole oche in every leg.
What darts stats does it track?
Per player: wins, losses, win rate, highest visit, high checkout and best leg (fewest darts), plus current streaks and head-to-head records across the league.
Can I use it on a phone at the oche?
Yes. It's a web app designed for one-handed scoring on a phone, and the live leaderboard looks great on the garage TV.
Is it just darts?
No — the same cave tracks pool (singles, doubles and Kelly Pool), table tennis (11-point singles and doubles matches) and cards & dice nights (Poker, Blackjack, Zilch, Euchre, 41, Liar’s Dice and Yahtzee) too. One leaderboard for the whole man cave.
